About
The Louise & Lucile Hink/Tama Public Library was dedicated on November 18, 2000. There has been a public library in Tama for 120 years!
Located in downtown Tama, the library houses a large collection of both fiction, non-fiction, children and teen/young adult books. In addition, the Tama Public Library offers a variety of multi-media options i.e. newspapers, magazines, audio-books, and DVDs to read, listen to and view.
A host of interactive programming is offered throughout the year for all ages: story time, book clubs, summer youth programming, and movie series.
Come for the first time, or come back again and again to enjoy all that your local Tama Public Library has to offer!
